Guadalajara, Victor, Idaho
We went to a beautiful wedding in nearby Alta, and it was catered by this restaurant.
There were three kinds of tacos--chicken, carnitas, and vegetables, which were sauteed and in the style of fajitas. The tortillas were steamed and despite the size of the crowd and the length of the service, they were soft and supple throughout. The rice and beans--which is one of the bars that I judge Tex-Mex food by--were both excellent. The guacamole was good, and the salsas had layered flavor as well as a hear gradient to keep everyone happy.
The chips were very good, and despite the rain, they were crisp. The salasa had finely shredded cabbage in it, which was unusual but very good, and the queso was delicious.
