I would not have guessed that this was a tequila drink, and I continue to be happy about the decision to buy two bottles of yellow chartruese when I had the chance in the pandemic. Yellow Jacket: dances like a butterfly 2 oz Reposado Tequila 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur-St. Germain 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse 1 dash Orange Bitters Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds. Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist
