1 1/2 c. paprika
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. ground pepper
1/4 c. chili powder
1/4 c. onion powder
1/4 c. garlic powder
Mix and store in a jar. We have used this for almost anything that needs a rub, and it is reliably delicious.
