The Audubon Park
Swizzle is a relaxing orange summer drink made from aged rum, Mezcal,
demerara simple syrup, lime juice, bitters and mint, and served
over ice in a rocks glass.
- 1-1/2 oz Aged Rum
- 1/2 oz Mezcal (Del Maguey Chichicapa)
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 4 dashes Bitters
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- Muddle mint, demerara, rum and lime juice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice, then add bitters and float Mezcal on top.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
